Rachel and Matthew’s love story began in April 2019 at pre-drinks for a music festival at a mutual friend’s house, where a chance meeting quickly grew into something magical. Five years later, Matthew proposed at Devils Corner Winery in Tasmania after planning an entire coastal getaway, complete with local food, wineries and the ultimate surprise – both of their parents waiting at the pub beneath their hotel to celebrate. Surrounded by 150 loved ones, the couple married in the beautiful chapel at Commons Collective, where their miniature sausage dog, Frankie, proudly serves as flower girl alongside their friend Nathan as flower man. Rachel looked stunning in a sequined Anna Campbell gown that shimmered under every light, paired with hot pink Christian Louboutin heels, later swapped for sparkling hot pink platforms to dance the night away. Her bridesmaids matched the vibrant theme in hot pink one-shoulder dresses and heels, while Matthew looked sharp in a black velvet jacket and green bowtie.
