With a menu that was expertly curated by head chef James Kummrow, the sublime selections regularly available at Fatto Bar & Cantina can now be crafted into a customised menu to suit the individual needs of your wedding.

The team at Fatto Bar & Cantina understand that guests will often have different tastes, and want a range of options to choose from. For this reason, it now offers all wedding diners the option to share a selection of entrées, and choose their own main and dessert, with the addition of shared sides and the chef’s selection of canapés to start.

This new approach to reception dining eschews the tradition of providing guests with limited options in an alternating pattern. Instead, couples are able to work collaboratively to create a unique menu for their special day. An exceptional range of local and imported wines was also selected by the company’s award-winning sommelier to pair beautifully with any custom menu.
