Founded in 2020, Cakes by Els has become a popular cake destination in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Armed with a strong passion for all things sweet since she was young – and even donned ‘The Cupcake Queen’ in high school – Elsa finally made her dream come true and opened her own cake business when she was twenty-three. With years of experience behind her, Cakes by Els services customers across metro Melbourne and creates anything sweet; from simple cupcakes and cookies to macarons, dessert cups and extravagant wedding cakes, with each item customised to the clients’ needs and overall vision.
