Starting off cooking for family and friends, Chef James and his team now cater for weddings, corporate and large-scale events whilst keeping the original bespoke dinners from where it all began.

Dinners with Jimmy aims to be the most sustainable hospitality venture with one rule in place – no frozen or processed ingredients. This allows the team to ensure that they can tell every guest exactly what they’re eating. With a flourishing community garden, the team only uses heirloom seeds and organic materials to ensure they grow food that tastes like it once did, many years ago.
